DuPont vs. the World: Why You Should be very afraid of Teflon.

How the U.S. Chemical Giant Covered Up Health Risks of Teflon Contamination Across the Globe

Mr. Bucky Bailey - a Teflon victim

The new documentary “The Devil We Know,” looks at how former DuPont employees, residents and lawyers took on the chemical giant to expose the danger of the chemical C8, found in Teflon and countless household products—from stain- and water-resistant apparel to microwave popcorn bags to dental floss.

DuPont had a secret it never told the American public or many of its own workers: C8 is highly toxic. But that didn’t stop them from discharging C8 into the waterways around its manufacturing plant in Parkersburg, West Virginia. It’s now been linked to six diseases, including testicular and kidney cancers. The chemical has been used so widely, it’s now in the bloodstream of 99 percent of Americans, even newborn babies. And the chemical is bioresistant, meaning it does not break down.

A Film That Can Save Your Life

What has happened to Americans? Despite the most advanced medical technology in the world, they are sicker than ever by nearly every measure.

Two out of every three of Americans are overweight. Cases of diabetes are exploding, especially amongst their younger population.

About half of them are taking at least one prescription drug. Major medical operations have become routine, helping to drive health care costs to astronomical levels. Heart disease, cancer and stroke are that country’s three leading causes of death, even though billions are spent each year to “battle” those very conditions. Millions suffer from a host of other degenerative diseases.

Could it be there’s a single solution to all of these problems? A solution so comprehensive, but so straightforward, that it’s mind-boggling that more of Americans haven’t taken it seriously? You bet there is. Pay attention or you’re gonna die young!!

It’s GROUNDHOG DAY! (again)

GROUNDHOG DAY, 1993

Groundhog Day

Groundhog Day is an american comedy film directed by Harold Ramis, starring Bill Murray and Andie MacDowell. It was written by Ramis and Danny Rubin.

Funny doesn’t begin to touch on the hidden content in this masterpiece. I love this movie. It’s perfect on so many levels. RARELY will I talk about American movies. I usually leave that up to the multi-zillion dollar machine designed solely for that purpose; mainstream american media.

But this piece, this is something DIFFERENT.

Julian Assange founded the website in 2006

As U.S. officials brace for a further mass disclosure of leaked Iraq war files by the whistle-blower website WikiLeaks, the Swedish government said it denied a work and residency permit to founder Julian Assange. He has been establishing a base in Sweden in order to benefit from the Nordic country’s strict journalist protection laws.

Assange, an Australian citizen, is also being investigated over rape allegations in Sweden, which he has denied, calling them baseless.
